I normally receive a credit card settlement report and/or audit report nightly from my machine; I haven’t received the last day or two? (FAQ)

There could be a post error, in order to receive the fax the machine must settle. Plug the handheld in and check the last post date, if the last post date is current, it may be necessary to generate a history report to be re-faxed. If there is a post error, contact Hamilton’s credit card support.
