Both Groundhog Punxsutawney Phil and Groundhog General Beauregard Lee are predicting an Early Spring. Neither one saw their shadow today on February 2nd.
Rarely do they agree, but this year it is unanimous.
No Shadow, therefore, Spring will be early.
